It is important that you read and understand the user agreement before registering on SMSUtopia.com.
The user agreement differs for each country, so please make sure that you read the terms in your local language. I.e. if you are a Swedish user you need to read the Swedish terms by clicking on the Swedish flag on the bottom of the page. In this user agreement the "user" is defined as any individual using his/her or others accounts on SMSUtopia.com
1. ABOUT THE SERVICE

The company Smsutopia AS. is the provider of the service SMSUtopia.com where the user as a member can create an account where he/she gets access to send a limited amount of texts every day. Unsent messages will not be transfered to the following day. Only messages to public personal mobile phone numbers will be delivered. The attempt to send to other numbers will not be accepted by the system. The service is accessible for all customers with a mobile phone subscription.
2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP

The users membership at SMSUtopia.com is personal, and cannot be used by other individuals. The user is responsible for keeping his or her password and login details confidential.
3. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
----------------------------------------------
This agreement requires that the user is more than 16 years old. If the user does not meet the age requirement, his or her superiors must read and accept this user agreement prior to user registration. The superiors will by accepting this agreement be responsible for actions related to the use of this users account until age of majority.
4. RULES
----------------------------------------------
It is not allowed to send messages that can be perceived as discriminating, defamatory, pornographic or illegal in any way. SMSUtopia.com can not be used for advertisement or other commercial use. It is not allowed to send the same message to one recipient repeatedly, so-called spamming. If an account is being used for spamming, the account will be closed.
5. INFORMATIONAL MESSAGES

If you want more than the 50 SMSīs, you can sign up for a full account membership by sending SMSUTOPIA YES to 78881. The user then agrees to receive three informational messages on SMS every month. The maximum price per SMS is Ģ 3.0. The membership is consecutive and will automatically be renewed for 10 days until the user cancels the membership. For other countries use these numbers:

6. CLOSE/TERMINATE ACCOUNT

In order to terminate the membership on SMSUtopia.com the user have to send the message SMSUTOPIA STOP to 78881. This is due to the requirement for a confirmation from the user to delete the account details.

7. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to alter this user agreement. Information about substantial changes to the user agreement will be announced on SMSUtopia.com at least one month prior to the change.
8. ABUSE
----------------------------------------------
Smsutopia AS reserves the right to close accounts if there is reason to suspect abuse of the service. In the case of severe abuse Smsutopia AS will consider pursuing legal actions and demand economic compensation for eventual costs or losses. Accounts registered with mobile phone subscriptions that are closed, not covered or which for other reasons can not receive premium SMS will automatically be closed.
9. ADVERTISING

By being a member of SMSUtopia you accept that SMSUtopia may send news or advertising for no cost to your mobile phone up to 2 times per month.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

All messages sent from the users account will be stored for 3 months. Only employees of Smsutopia AS will have access to stored information, and are obligated to maintain secrecy. Information will be delivered to the police or other investigating organs on demand if Smsutopia AS find this necessary. All information the users store will be treated confidentially according to English laws on user information confidentiality. Smsutopia AS will not sell or in other ways distribute phone numbers registered at SMSUtopia.com
