Unable to log on
You must enter a prefix/country code + your telephone number. For UK mobile numbers, enter 44 before your mobile telephone number. E.g.: If your mobile telephone number is 700000000, then enter 44700000000 and your password to log on.
My account is closed/blocked
When you log on, if you receive a message stating that your account is closed or blocked, this can be due to one of two reasons. The account can have been blocked by customer service due to the suspicion of service abuse or because you have closed your subscription by sending SMSUTOPIA STOP to 88999. If you want to reopen your account, send the message SMSUTOPIA START to 88999. Your account will then be reopened within 1-5 minutes. NB! - If your account has been blocked by customer service, you must contact customer service here. For other countries use these numbers: Norway: 2440 Sweden: 72320
How can I reopen my account
If you have closed your account, you can reopen it by sending the message SMSUTOPIA START to 88999. This takes less than 2 minutes. You cannot reopen an account which was closed more than 3 months ago. For other countries use these numbers: Norway: 2440 Sweden: 72721
How can I close my account?
To close your account, send the message SMSUTOPIA STOP to 88999. You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile telephone that the account has been closed. (£ 0,15-) For other countries use these numbers: Norway: 2440 Sweden: 72721
What type of information about me do you store?
We only store the information you gave us when you registered. All messages you send from SMSUtopia.com are archived for 3 months. We are obliged to do this due to privacy protection, abuse, or harassment via SMS text messages. Only the employees of Neovada Ltd have access to this information. It will only be released to the police if the police request this information. After closing your account, all data will be saved for 3 months. It will then be automatically deleted.
How many messages can I send?
All members are allocated 20 messages a day, which is equivalent to 600 text messages a month. The system updates your account automatically at midnight. Unsent messages are not transferred to the following day.
Can I buy additional text messages?
We are currently preparing a function that will allow you to purchase additional text messages. It will be possible to buy additional text messages in addition to the daily text message quota. You can purchase packs from £ 0,75 to £ 5, dependant on how many text messages you want to buy.

How can I edit my contact list?
After logging on, click on SMS History in the menu folder at the top of the page. You can here delete, add and edit the names/telephone numbers of your contacts.
How can I check whether a text message has been received by the recipient?
When logged on, go into SMS history. For each message, you can click on the icon to the right to check message status. It costs 1 credit per message to retrieve message status.
Can I create my own sender text?
We do not permit sender text to be changed, as there are very strict regulations relating to this. In some cases, changing sender text can be a criminal offence. We have prepared a list with suggestions for senders which recipients will understand is nonsense. All recipients are in addition notified 4 hours after they have received a nonsense message of where the message was sent from and who the sender was.
